NFA Item and all NFA rules apply. I must hold the suppressor until your tax stamp arrives. I would prefer that you complete the NFA process here locally, using the e-file system. You should get your approval back within 90 days, but not guaranteed. I will pay the charge for the e-file through my dealer but you are responsible for the $200 tax stamp. I would prefer to sell to TN residents only but I can sell out of state. It will require a second $200 tax stamp if you are outside of TN, to be be paid by the buyer.
