I'm not a damn Fed. These are 100% legal to own and buy, for the meantime, I checked with my FFL. I might not be able to ship the partially completed one across state lines but the NIB one is good to go and requires no FFL. The partially milled one I'm not sure about as pertains to shipping across state lines however I personally don't require a transfer for local sales. 

I have two P80s for sale. One is completely unprocessed, new in box. The other I milled out and purchased and installed parts into. It does not completely pass a functions check, so some refining still needs to be done to it. I also have two optics ready slides and parts kits for both sets available. I'd prefer to sell the lower and uppers with parts as sets. Neither frame is serialized. Both are Cobalt Gray
