Clacamas, Oregon made Kimber model 82 in 22LR with 22" blued barrel. Nice walnut wood and metal buttplate signifies Sportmans Model. These are known for their superb accuracy. It has a 4 digit serial number indicating it was an early year production(1979, first or close to first production run).Depending on how many were in a run. It has a Mauser Type action and a fully adjustable match grade trigger.
Also has  a nice set of original 1" rings and a VERY rare 10rd mag!
