**Rifle Condition:** Like New **Anderson Manufacturing AM-15 Multi-Cal**. Fired only 30 rounds since new. 

**Case Condition:** Excellent **Boyt Harness H-Series Locking Rolling Hard Case** (Black/Grey). Features steel draw latches, padlock compatibility, ball-bearing wheels, and a pressure release valve. Only used for storage; essentially new condition.

1.  **Anderson AM-15 Multi-Cal Rifle:** Reliable entry-level AR platform.

**Transaction & Safety Details:**

***Location:** Kingsport, TN (Sullivan County)

***Buyer Requirements:** Must be a Tennessee resident with a valid Government-issued ID proving residency. Must be 18+ for rifle purchase.

*   **Safety:** I reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone. I will not sell to anyone I know or suspect is a prohibited person.

*   **Preferred Meeting Place (FFL Transfer):** For maximum safety and legal protection for both parties, I prefer to complete this transaction at **The Shooters Source** (2804 N John B Dennis Hwy, Kingsport) or **Gunslingers** (122 Broad Street, Kingsport). Both are local FFLs who can process the background check securely. (Buyer pays standard transfer fee, approx. $25–$35).

**Alternative Meeting Place:** If an FFL transfer is not desired, we can meet at the **Kingsport Police Department** parking lot for a private sale, provided you show valid TN residency.
